🧵✨Join us at Casa de Hilo Studio for our hands-on Alterations 101 Workshop, where you’ll learn essential hemming techniques and gain the confidence to make your clothes work for YOU! Bring a pair of pants you’ve been meaning to hem, and we’ll guide you through the process step by step!

- How to properly measure and determine the correct hem length
- How to mark and prepare your pants for hemming
- Essential hemming techniques
- How to achieve clean, professional-looking finishes
- Tips and tricks for making alterations at home
👜 WHAT TO BRING
Please bring:
- One pair of pants you’d like to learn how to hem
- Coordinating thread that matches your pants
Sewing machines and additional classroom tools will be provided.
💕 EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This workshop is designed for students who have completed Sewing 101 or have previous sewing machine experience approved by the instructor. Not sure if your experience qualifies? Feel free to contact us before registering!

Secure your seat with a $25 nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit. Your remaining $100 balance is due by January 13, 2027, three days before class.
OPTION 2: PAY IN FULLPrefer to take care of everything at once? You may pay the full $125 at checkout! Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is received.
