ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in classes, workshops, or private lessons offered by Casa de Hilo Studio, students acknowledge that sewing activities involve the use of sewing machines, irons, rotary cutters, scissors, needles, and other tools that may present a risk of injury. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Casa de Hilo Studio, its owner, and instructors shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or personal property damage occurring during or as a result of participation in any class, workshop, or lesson.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

Photos and videos may be taken during classes for promotional, educational, and social media purposes. By attending a class, participants grant Casa de Hilo Studio permission to use photographs or videos in which they may appear unless written notice is provided prior to class.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Students are responsible for their personal belongings. Casa de Hilo Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

POLICY AGREEMENT

By registering for any class, workshop, or private lesson, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Casa de Hilo Studio policies, terms, and conditions.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these policies is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

GUESTS & CHILDREN

• Due to limited space and safety considerations, only registered students may attend classes, workshops, and private lessons.

• Children, family members, friends, and other guests who are not registered participants may not attend or remain in the studio during class unless prior arrangements have been approved by Casa de Hilo Studio.

• For safety reasons, guests may not use studio equipment, sewing machines, tools, or materials.

• Casa de Hilo Studio reserves the right to deny entry to unregistered guests at any time.

By registering for a class, students acknowledge and agree to all studio policies.
