Returns and refunds

Because class sizes are small and materials are prepared in advance:

• No refunds are issued once a class is booked.
• If you cancel 48 hours before the class, you may transfer your spot to a future class (one time only)
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are considered a no-show and cannot be transferred or refunded.

No Shows

Students who do not attend their scheduled class without notice will forfeit their seat and payment.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your scheduled class. Classes begin promptly and late arrivals may miss important instruction.

Class Minimums

Casa De Hilo Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class if minimum enrollment is not met. If this occurs, students will be offered class credit.
