CASA DE HILO STUDIO POLICIES
REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS
• Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a seat in class.
• All class payments and deposits are non-refundable.
• If a deposit was used to reserve a seat, the remaining class balance must be paid in full before a one-time reschedule will be considered.
RESCHEDULING
• Students may reschedule one (1) time only.
• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class.
• Reschedule requests made less than 72 hours before class will not be honored.
• Missed classes, no-shows, and cancellations made within 72 hours of class are forfeited and are not eligible for credits, or rescheduling.
Late Arrival Policy: Appointments have a 15-minute grace period. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and any deposit/payment made is non-refundable. If the appointment can still be accommodated, the appointment may still end at the originally scheduled time.
CONDUCT POLICY
Casa de Hilo Studio is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and creative learning environment for all students.
• Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, disruptive behavior, or rude and disrespectful conduct toward the instructor or other students will not be tolerated.
• Casa de Hilo Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant from class at any time for inappropriate behavior.
• Students removed from class due to misconduct will not receive a refund, credit, or reschedule.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Casa de Hilo Studio reserves the right to refuse service, registration, or instruction to anyone at the discretion of the instructor.
No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be provided when service is refused due to violations of studio policies or inappropriate conduct.
By registering for a class, students acknowledge and agree to all studio policies.
