Terms and conditions
Registration
Class registration is confirmed once payment is received. Due to limited seating, all classes must be PAID IN FULL TO RESERVE A SPOT.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because class sizes are small and materials are prepared in advance:
- No refunds are issued once a class is booked.
- If you cancel 48 hours before the class, you may transfer your spot to a future class (one time only)
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class are considered a no-show and cannot be transferred or refunded.
No Shows
Students who do not attend their scheduled class without notice will forfeit their seat and payment.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your scheduled class. Classes begin promptly and late arrivals may miss important instruction.
Class Minimums
Casa De Hilo Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class if minimum enrollment is not met. If this occurs, students will be offered class credit.
Materials and Equipment
Sewing machines and materials are provided for most classes unless otherwise stated. Students are welcome to bring their own machine if they prefer.
Safety & Responsibility
By attending a class at Casa De Hilo Studio, students acknowledge that sewing involves the use of sharp tools and machinery. Students participate at their own risk.
Casa De Hilo Studio is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or personal property.
Photography
Photos or short videos may occasionally be taken during class for social media and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please notify the instructor before class.
